I called with a last minute order for flowers for a friend going through chemotherapy treatments. I expected a different arrangement than the one that was sent. The next day, I spoke with Chris in their office who offered to trade out the first arrangement with a new one. The second arrangement was absolutely beautiful and much more to my liking. They even let my friend keep the first arrangement also instead of doing a trade! I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will definitely order through Beneva Flowers again!!!
