a)      The product is substituted and/or

b)      The product is shipped in a box

The worst part of receiving flowers in a box is that ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED. In this case, we saw an ad showing flowers in a vase, only to find out that after clicking on the order button, the vase was additional and so was shipping! What a disappointment to receive a box dropped off at the door with perishable flowers (and several were broken). Imagine the feeling of this customer. A real GOTCHA. When people get taken advantage of like this, we all pay the price as the trusting florists.
